Article I
Name
Section 1.
The name of the association shall be the 'gay Mosque'

Purpose

The purpose shall be a civil association to promote peace and goodwill in the land we live through our online mosque.

Section 1.
Offices
Ali Ghailib shall be the Head Imam as he is the founder of the 'gay Mosque' who will assign other officers at his discretion.
غايبوببي يكون على رأس الامام وهو مؤسس مسجد '' سعيد من ستعين ضباط آخرين في سلطته التقديريه.
Article III
Section 1.
Mission Statement:

a. To make a good life for Muslims everywhere.
لجعل الحياة الجيدة للمثليون جنسيا المسلمين في كل مكان.
b. To make a gay lifestyle known for the community.
تقديم حياة سعيد المعروف للمجتمع.
c. To stop hate against Muslims and all religions, everywhere.
وقف الكراهية ضد مثليون جنسيا في كل مكان.
d. To preserve American culture and traditions from secularism or in any country we may reside.
e. To learn and accept English as the official language of America to avoid confusion and appreciate America and its founding fathers and the American people.

Section 1.
Goals and Philosophy:
الاهداف والفلسفه
a. To honor our neighbors and promote unity in the community.
تكريما لجيراننا وتعزيز الوحدة في المجتمع.
b. To help our nation in the fight against terror
مساعدة امتنا في مكافحة الارها
c. To be recognized within the community.
ان يعترف بها المجتمع.
d. To promote peace and harmony.
e. To respect the Law Enforcement and be the 'eyes and ears' of the police in our own communities.
f. To be patriotic to the land we live-obeying all laws and local customs.
g. To honor older religions as being senior.

Section 1
Membership:

a. Membership will be available to all who agree to our by-laws regardless of race; color; creed; national origin; ethnicity or sexual orientation.
العضويه ستكون متاحة لجميع الذين يوافقون على اعمالنا حسب قوانين بغض النظر عن العرق ؛ لون. العقيدة. الأصل القومي. الاثنيه ، او التوجه الجنسي
The Gay Mosque looks unto each orientation as being unique. One thing that we must concentrate more on is to be more pacifistic. Absorbing the evils of the world, making them pass-through us then ejecting the evil through prayer.meditation or onanism which traditionally (straights) consider unlawful. Thank goodness times are changing, thanks especially to Hollywood and in particular, CBS, whose websites have had 'Openly Gay Celebrities' links on their frontpage for a long time now. This helps give us more acceptance.
السعيدة المسجد يبدو معزولا عن كل الميول بأنها فريدة من نوعها. الشيء الوحيد الذي يجب أن نركز على أكثر هو أن تكون أكثر السلمى. تمتص شرور العالم ، مما يجعلها المار لنا ثم طرد الشر من خلال التأمل وإستمناء باليد.
b. To create a forum for members and the public alike.
انشاء منتدى للاعضاء والجماهير على السواء
d. Members do not necessarily have to wear beards - it is up to the individual. Remember, we are an oppressed people and it is best to stay away from some traditional customs. Being a Muslim is more in the soul, heart and mind than the body.*
اعضاء ليس لها بالضروره ارتداء اللحى - الأمر يعود الى الفرد. نتذكر ، نحن الشعب المقهور ومن الافضل الابتعاد عن بعض العادات التقليديه. يجري مسلم أكثر في القلب والعقل من الجسد *.

Membership Status:

a. To acknowledge that there is only one God and that his messenger was the prophet Mohahmed
نعترف بأن هناك الا اله واحد وان كان رسوله النبي موهاهمي
b. Membership status will simply mean to be recognized as a follower by the head Imam, Ali Ghailib
عضوية المركز يعني ببساطة ان يعترف بها احد اتباع الامام علي ، رئيس غايبوببي
c. To be recognized as an ethnic minority by being a gay Muslim adherent
ان يعترف بها اقلية عرقيه كونه سعيد المسلمين تمسكا
Article V
Section 1.
Mutual Goals:

To recognize the Supreme Being no matter what tongue in which He is called. To speak the tongue of the country in which we live.

Amendments:
التعديلات
The 'gay Mosque' will make amendments as appropriate.
سعيد المسجد '' سيجعل التعديلات المناسبه
And now, this 3rd day of May, in the year of our Lord, two thousand and seven, by the power vested in me I do hereby ordain and establish the By-Laws and Charter for the 'gay Mosque'.
